Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs (ELOP)
Mountain Empire Unified is offering summer learning and enrichment as opportunities for students to build upon their literacy and math skills, make up credits, transition to smoothly to middle or high school, and keep their minds active during summer break. Learn more about programming by grade level.
Students must be currently attending a MEUSD school before being accepted in one of our summer offerings.

ELOP FALL BREAK Camp 2022
MEUSD hosted our first ELOP Fall Break Camp, November 21, 22, & 23, 2023. A lot of fun was had by our students and staff. Students participated in daily field trips to Parkway Bowl and Boardwalk, San Diego Zoo, and Seaworld San Diego. Thank you to all who participated!
